Tesco

Tesco is a true rescue – he was spotted by a worker at an industrial unit in Wythenshawe sleeping rought in an damaged Tesco delivery van and scrounging food. The kind hearted worker gave Tesco temporary accommodation but could not look after him indefinitely so we agreed to find him a proper home.

Tesco’s a friendly, confident cat who’ll bring a smile to your face. He loves head bumps and helping with jobs. For some reason, he can very occasionally try to give you a bite – we think it’s over stimulation / attention seeking because it only happens rarely. For this reason, we feel he’d be well suited to a working environment where there is plenty of stimulation and less, hands on, human contact. It’s possible he might even have grown out of the problem but we can’t take the risk.

After we’d failed to find his owner, Tesco was neutered and microchipped by us and he’s now fully vaccinated – he seems to be in perfect health. Tesco’s using his tray reliably and it not, at all, fussy about food.

As with all our cats, Tesco has been vaccinated, wormed, flead, microchipped, and neutered before homing. To help offset these costs we respectfully ask for a small donation towards the cost of veterinary treatment.
