Bunny was handed in as a destitute stray to a Manchester vets along with two, flea ridden kittens. Extensive advertising failed to find her owner so she came to us so we could find her a new home.
Very quiet on arrival, Bunny took a few days to come out of her shell and adapt to her new routine. But now, she greets our volunteers and has plenty of confidence. Little more than a kitten herself, she is petite and loves to play and get in to trouble! A gentle cat, she’ll make a lovely companion but probably wouldn’t cope very well with a noisy home.
Bunny had already been microchipped and started her vaccinations when she came to us – we’ve had her checked over by our local veterinary surgeon and arranged to have her speyed – she seems to be in perfect health. Bunny’s not fussy about food and is using her tray reliably.
As with all our cats, Bunny has been vaccinated, wormed, flead, microchipped, and neutered before homing. To help offset these costs we respectfully ask for a minimum donation of £100 towards the cost of veterinary treatment.
All Silk Cats come with four weeks of complimentary PetPlan insurance – we recommend you consider arranging your own insurance at the end of the four weeks – there is a guide here: About Insurance
