Ash was a little underweight when she joined us but she’s fine and is proving to be a talkative and very friendly soul. Athough she’s 12 years old, no one must have told her and she’s more like a three year old.  And she’s smart – whichever interactive feeder we give her, she figures it out in minutes … our other fostered cats we have would starve first!

We understand Ash has been an ‘indoor only’ cat since birth but when she explores outside, (on a harness,) she loves the new smells and experiences but we’re not sure how she’d cope with predators – so are classifying her as “indoor with supervised outdoor access."

We managed to get Ash to the vets as lockdown relaxed and she’s been given a glowing report – vaccinations started she’s ready for a new, forever home using ‘distance rehoming!’

Ash’s now blossoming now and simply fabulous so if you are looking for a friendly, companion cat she might be the one for you?

If you think you could offer a home, please get in touch with SILK CAT RESCUE (t: 07754 337089) and we can arrange an introduction so you can make up your mind.

Please note we generally only home fairly locally so full post-adoption support can be given if necessary. If you are not sure, please do get in touch – we pride ourselves in getting a perfect match.
