Whiskers was handed in to us after found straying in a really rural area near New Mills. No amount of advertising and door knocking could find an owner and she wasn’t chipped, so no lifeline there.

Some people have asked us why we’ve caller her Whiskers – all we can think is they haven’t seen her pictures. A lovely gently cat, she purrs and kneads with them slightest of attention and has been are lovely, easy cat to take care of – we will miss her little cry lots.

Whiskers has used her tray reliably, is not fussy about food (in fact, she is really food motivated) and has been healthy throughout our stay with us. She’s been spayed and had dental work to get her in to tip-top condition. She’s now ready and looking for her new home.

As with all our cats, Whiskers has been vaccinated, wormed, flead, microchipped, and neutered before homing. To help offset these costs we respectfully ask for a minimum donation of £100 towards the cost of veterinary treatment.

All Silk Cats come with four weeks of complimentary PetPlan insurance – we recommend you consider arranging your own insurance at the end of the four weeks – there is a guide here: About Insurance
